Oops I was too Lazy to Post for a While

Hey World---I've been to Lazy to Post Especially After Elle Stole My Thang

Note the title that says the "lazy girl's diet" sigh... I knew I should have trademarked that thing.

I've been Going to the Gym but it just makes me Angry

Seriously, I'm sore from going to the gym and all I do is take out nervous energy while doing cardio... so I guess my husband is benefiting from my anger being directed at the gym... So working out is good for anger management but no other results thus far.  If you need a visual of me at the gym. . this picture is a good illustration.. It's Britney BITCH!

As  far as Gluten Free goes I try to be gluten free at home but am not as strict when going out to dinner. Basically I do the following:

I eat less of this:
and more of this:
I have not switched to brown rice yet because my handsome Asian husband has a strong aversion to brown rice and like to keep him in the lifestyle he's accustomed to... as I tell my clients while showing pictures of him half neked in his surfer outfit.

I also eat less of this:
and more of this:
I'm not sure if substituting potatoes for white bread is an improvement. However, I do think that potatoes are more natural than overly processed wonder bread so I feel like my body digests this easier. We'll see if this works.

NOW, in the event this doesn't work in truly lazy girl style Order Stretch Mark Cream. This one is awesome:

Warning be careful ween googling this you will get an eyeful of stretch mark photos on the web.

Happy Oscar Watching

That Strivectin-SD cream is phantasmic! It took away my two-yera old red stretch marks in a month (and that's with only one use per day, almost every day).

As for gluten-free, save your money and don't bother with the gluten-free packaged flours that cost way too much at the grocery store. There are plenty of other flours you can get in bulk without taking the bulk out of your wallet: rice flour, tapioca flour, etc.
